Ph.D Candidate Emily Sieg Receives Doctoral Research Fellowship

Emily Sieg has received a Promotion Doctoral Fellowship at the Leibniz Institut für Europäische Geschichte (IEG) in Mainz, Germany. She will be in Mainz from January 2018 through June 2018 and looks forward to engaging with the IEG’s multiple working groups that research confessional issues across Europe during the 19th century as she is working on her dissertation on 19th century historical novels on the Thirty Years War.
