Fall 2020 Placement Exam

Students with no previous German language coursework should register for:

• GERM-001 Introductory German I: Experiencing Germany, or
• GERM-011 Intensive Basic German: Experiencing Germany.

Students with previous German language coursework should determine their preliminary placement by taking the German placement exam online (Three parts: C-test, Listening, Reading) between July 5 and July 31. The placement indicated by C-test of the online placement exam is preliminary and should only be used for registration purposes this summer.
