My Most Prized Possessions: A Reading with Author Christopher Kloeble

Join the German Department on Friday, February 23, for stories by Max Kade Writer-in-Residence Christopher Kloeble and readings from his most recent novel The Immortal Family Salz, his memoir Home Made in India, and his first publication in English, the novel Almost Everything Very Fast. Mr. Kloeble will read in both English and German, with English translations available. An open discussion will follow and all levels of German speakers are welcome. 

Christopher Kloeble is a prize-winning German novelist, playwright, and scriptwriter. He studied at the German Creative Writing Program Leipzig and at the University for Film and Television in Munich, and he has held teaching assignments and residencies in Germany, the US, UK, and India, among others. His plays have been staged at major theatres in Vienna, Munich, Heidelberg, and Nuremburg.
