In 2021, Jakob Grummet began studying German Studies at the Technical University of Dresden and Music at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden. Three years later, he added Philosophy to his studies.
His research interests include the representation of philosophical concepts in literature, as well as the relationship between literature and music. He is particularly interested in the literature of the fin de siècle, with a special focus on the works of Rainer Maria Rilke.
