Undergraduate Student News: Spring 2025

Grace Philippon, a junior in the School of Foreign Service, has just published her article “Nächster Halt, Niemandsland: Fremde und Einheimische Wahrnehmungen der Deutschen Teilung in Literatur und Film” in Augenblick, an Undergraduate Journal in German Studies at The University of British Columbia. The essay is based on her final paper that she wrote for Prof. Verena Kick’s course “All Eyes on Berlin” in Fall 2023. Grace presented this paper at the 2024 Undergraduate Research Conference in German Studies, hosted by Moravian University and Lafayette College, where she was awarded the Max Kade Prize for Best Research Project and Presentation.
